Appointment setter commission-based, remote
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll handle Instagram cold outreach by finding and qualifying leads, starting DM conversations, following up, and booking sales appointments. This is a fully remote subcontract role with no fixed hours, focused on consistency and commitment rather than time tracking. Pay is performance-based: $400 per sale closed from your appointments, with one KPI only: 20 qualified sales appointments.
